♦Valid credit card required to book appointment.

♦We are a low volume establishment. Think of us as a library – we like it when you use your quiet voice. To respect other clients in the building and to maintain our atmosphere of quietude, we ask that you lower your voice, turn off your phone ringer, close our doors gently, and enjoy contributing to a peaceful environment for all for the duration of your visit.

♦Please bring a form of payment to every session as direct billing is not always reliable.

♦All of our forms are completed online. Forms must be completed before your arrival to your first session and once yearly.

♦Minors (under 18) MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to their session.

♦We have a 24 hour cancellation policy*. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the booked time 50% of the session will be charged to the credit card on file unless the cancelled time is filled. Repeat late cancellations/no shows (~3+) will be charged 100% of any future missed appointments, may be asked to pre-pay for any future appointments, or may be asked not to return at all.

♦If you bring a guest (child, parent, partner, etc.) please be advised that they will be required to spend the duration of your session in the same room with you or wait elsewhere outside of Quietude. We advise that you find alternate childcare for toddlers and babies – as much as we love them there’s a good chance your session (and other sessions in the building) won’t be as relaxing as intended if you have to bring them with you.

♦Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your session as our doors will be locked during appointments.

♦Direct billing is only available for massage therapy, manual osteopathic therapy and lymphatic drainage therapy. Corynn is unable to direct bill to Alberta Blue Cross and Manulife for reasons beyond our control.

Cancellation policy: 24hrs notice of cancellation or 50% of booked appointment charged unless cancelled time is filled. Repeat late cancellations/no shows (~3+) will be charged the FULL amount of any future missed appointments, may be asked to pre-pay for any future appointments, or may be asked not to return at all.
