Quietude was created by registered massage therapist Corynn Mercier in 2021. Corynn brings her unique style and exceptional service to Lloydminster from her long time home of Regina, Saskatchewan. She is a graduate of the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy (formerly Wellington) in 2008 and recipient of the 2016 Best Massage Therapist award from Prairie Dog Magazine (Regina). Educating clients about their body and the many systems that can contribute to dysfunction has always been a joy of hers. She believes that clients knowing the “why” facilitates greater self-awareness and an increased willingness to do self care leading to happier, healthier days.

Making time for self care is absolutely essential in maintaining our mental and physical health. Self care can be as small as sitting quietly with your coffee before the kids get up, having a hot bath with essential oils, making sure you drank enough water today, washing your face, or getting a massage. We must consciously make efforts to put ourselves at the top of our own list or we will forever live at the bottom of it.

Our goal is to provide a calm, safe, serene space for you. Whether you need a deep tissue massage, to move your body, spiritual guidance,  time away from your kids, a good conversation, no conversation at all…

We are a collective of like minded individuals; each practitioner makes their own schedule, has their own unique style, and their own techniques and thought processes on how to help you. No two practitioners or services are exactly alike and we encourage you to give any and every one a try until you find the practitioner that best suits your needs and preferences.
